What’s included in the subscription?
Each subscription includes administration access for creating projects, adding or removing other users, any updates, full technical support and hosting costs including bandwidth (for our SaaS hosting packages). You can add or remove collaborators (other users) at any time up to the allowed package numbers.
How many users are included in the subscription?
Each subscription package includes the ability other users to your REBIM® projects. The number of users will depend on the size of the package and can be scaled up or down. Contact us for further information on package sizes.
What does a subscription provide?
A subscription allows you to create projects, administer groups of projects, assign users to projects, configure information management standards. A subscription also allows you to store data locally within REBIM® or to connect to a range of external sources.
What about browser support and recommendations?
REBIM® is supported in all web browsers so you can use your favourite browser.
Although all web browsers can render the same web page, there are subtle differences in the way that they render the content that relies on cascading style sheets (CSS) such as with REBIM®. For the most part, these subtle differences are not a large problem. You can read more about the different browsers here.
A more important consideration is the compatibility and support for features. REBIM® utilises the browser’s capability to render PDF files in the browser window from inside the application. The current versions of browsers such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari and Mozilla Firefox all support viewing PDF files.
Internet Explorer 11 and below may not support viewing PDF files in the browser window so please check first before using. If your browser does not support viewing PDF files in the browser, you will still be able to use all other features in REBIM® but will need to use the download PDF files to view them.

Where can I find the user guide?
The user guide along with training videos and the administrator guide will be provided within your REBIM® environment.
What are the support hours?
Our normal hours of support are from 9am UK time to 6pm UK time however we do receive emails 24hrs and on most occasions will respond as soon as we receive a query. We can offer extended out of hours support to our Enterprise customers. Contact us for further details.
